稀土锰酸盐纳米颗粒复合体系的软化学制备及磁电阻增强效应
SOFT CHEMISTRY SYNTHESIS AND ENHANCED MAGNETORESISTANCE OF GRANULAR COMPOSITES OF LANTHANUM MANGANITES

Abstract: By soft chemical processing several lanthanum manganite nano- and micron-sized granular composites have been fabricated,including μm/nm La2/3Sr1/3MnO\-3,CoFe\-2O\-4/La0.7Sr0.3MnO3,Nd0.7Sr0.3MnO\-3/La0.7Sr0.3MnO\-3 and La2/3Ca1/3MnO\-3/PPP(poly para-phenyl) combined systems.Enhancement in magnetoresistance is observed in all these composites.Different compounds embedded in the granular manganites result in different temperature ranges where the enhancement occurs.It is believed that the phenomenon is associated with tunneling between various of grains and spin-dependent scattering.
