外加磁场对Co纳米线生长过程的影响
THE INFLUENCE OF MAGNETIC FIELD ON THE CRYSTAL GROWTH OF ELECTRODEPOSITED Co NANOWIRES

摘要: 用电化学沉积的方法成功地制备出Co纳米线阵列.通过在纳米线沉积过程中加磁场来影响其生长.用透射电子显微镜、X射线衍射和振动样品磁强计对样品的结构和磁性进行了测试分析,结果表明外磁场导致Co晶粒定向生长得到的纳米线阵列具有垂直磁各向异性,矫顽力和矩形比大大提高.Abstract: Cobalt nanowires have been electrodeposited into the pores of polycarbonate membranes.Through the comparison of two kinds of samples fabricated without magnetic field and with 1.2×104A/m magnetic field,respectively,the influence of magnetic field on the structure of electrodeposited Co nanowires has been investigated.Combined with transmission electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction and vibrating sample magnetometer measurements,we found that the samples deposited under magnetic field form texture,therefore exhibit uniaxial magnetic anisotropy,and the coersivity (Hc) and squareness (Mr/Ms) were greatly enhanced.
