头发中精神药物及其代谢物的GC/MS检测

摘要: 运用GC/MS的电子电离和化学电离技术,考察了精神病患者头发中精神药物及其代谢物的存在状况;鉴定、确定了尼古丁、卡马西平、阿米替林、多虑平、安坦、氯丙嗪、泰尔登、三氟拉嗪、氯氮平、氟哌啶醇等十种精神药物以及相应的代谢物;发现各药物进入头发的难易程度以及头发中它们的代谢物的比例有较大的差异,但头发中药物含量与剂量有相关性。

Abstract: The presence of therapeutic drugs and their metabolites in the hair of psychiatric patients was investigated using GC/EIMS and GC/PCIMS. Nicotine, carbamazepine, amitriptyline, doxepin, trihexyhenidyl, chlorpromazine, chlorprothixene, thifiuoperazine, clozapine and haloperidol and their metabolites were found in the hair samples. Chlorpromazine and clozapine concentrations in the hair were found to be dependent on the dosage and their correlation coefficients were 0.8047(P<0.001 ,n = 16) and 0.7097(P<0.001 ,n = 16)respectively. -
