Analysis of IMS Station Transport Noble Gas Sample by Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer

  • 摘要: The international monitoring system (IMS) station transport noble gas sample is analyzed by quadrupole mass spectrometer. The sample is composed by absolute majority of xenon and nitrogen, therefore, it can be calculated by the method of equation of state of ideal gas (PTV). The relatively expanded uncertainty of the xenon quantity is 4.5% in 95% confidence level.

摘要: The international monitoring system (IMS) station transport noble gas sample is analyzed by quadrupole mass spectrometer. The sample is composed by absolute majority of xenon and nitrogen, therefore, it can be calculated by the method of equation of state of ideal gas (PTV). The relatively expanded uncertainty of the xenon quantity is 4.5% in 95% confidence level.
