Determination of Isotope Ratio of 235U/238U and 239Pu/240Pu by Electrothermal Vaporization Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry

  • 摘要: A method on determination of isotope ratio of 235U/238U and 239Pu/240Pu by electrothermal vaporization inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ETV-ICPMS) is developed. The operation parameters of ETV and ICPMS are optimized respectively. The absolute detected limit is 0.3 pg (3k), and the RSDs of 235U/238U and 239Pu/240Pu are better than 5%.

摘要: A method on determination of isotope ratio of 235U/238U and 239Pu/240Pu by electrothermal vaporization inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ETV-ICPMS) is developed. The operation parameters of ETV and ICPMS are optimized respectively. The absolute detected limit is 0.3 pg (3k), and the RSDs of 235U/238U and 239Pu/240Pu are better than 5%.
