苯氧乙酸类除草剂残留物的液相色谱-大气压化学电离质谱分析

摘要: 苯氧乙酸类除草剂除了用于粮食、蔬菜、水果、茶叶等的除草之外,还大量用于棉花生长期的除草,所以,它们会残留于果蔬和纤维上.据研究发现,2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸(2,4-D)和2,4,5-三氯苯氧乙酸(2,4,5-T)具有内分泌扰乱作用,进入人体将引起内分泌紊乱,对健康造成潜在的危害[1].
