摘要: 采用提拉法成功生长尺寸为Ф30mm×75mm的15at%Yb3+:Gd2Si05单晶,并用Reitveld全谱拟合方法确定了其晶格常数、原子坐标和温度因子等参数.用吸收光谱计算了Yb3+离子2FT/2-2F5/2能级跃迁的振子强度、谱线强度、跃迁概率、能级寿命和积分发射截面等光谱参数,并根据激光性能评估得出结论:该晶体具有较大的阈值特性,有望采用大功率激光二极管泵浦实现可调谐或超快激光输出.

Abstract: 15at.%Yba+:Gd2SiO5 crystal with a size of Ф30 mmx 75 mm is grown by the Czochralski method, and its lattice parameters, atom coordinates and temperature factors are determined by the full-profile Rietveld refinement method. Its spectral parameters of oscillator strength, line strength, transition probability, energy lifetime and integral emission cross-section for yb3+2FT/2 ~ 2F5/~ transition are calculated using the absorption spectraum. And the laser performance evaluation shows that this crystal is a potential laser crystal with relatively high threshold, and could be used as a medium of tunable or ultra-fast laser pumped by high-power laser diode. -
