Determination of Clopamide in Human Urine by GC/MSD

摘要: 建立了人尿中克罗帕米的GC/MSD的检测方法，发现了三种甲基化产物。比较了不同的提取方法，碱性提取收率可达94.5％。研究了克罗帕米在人尿中的排泄情况。

Abstract: Clopamide as a new diuretic was forbidden by IOC. A new reliable CC/MSD determination method of clopamide in human urine is described in this paper. Three methyled compounds are found and varieties of extraction procedures are compared. The basic extraction recovery is 94.5 %. The excretion profile of clopamide in human urine has been investigated. Clopamide could be detected in human urine within 20 hours.
