Analysis of Cellulase Exteacts from the Volatile Constituents of Herba Selaginellae by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

  • 摘要: 用酶提取卷柏中挥发性组分,考察pH值、酶用量、样品粒度等因素对提取率的影响.测得其挥发油的含量为w=5.85%.采用气相色谱-质谱法(GC/MS)分离确认出31种化学成分,其中主要成分为雪松醇,占总挥发油的45.07%.并将酶提取法(CE)与水蒸汽蒸馏-萃取法(DSE)法进行了对比.
