Analysis of Micro-quantity Zn of Hominine Fair by ICP-MS

  • 摘要: Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was applied to determine Zn in the human hair. The experimental results showed the liner correlation factor is higher than 0.999 .And the results showed close agreement with the reference values in the standard reference materials and RSD is lower than 3.0%. It indicated that the method is simple,rapid, sensitive and accurate, which can meet the demand for Zn in the human hair.

摘要: Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was applied to determine Zn in the human hair. The experimental results showed the liner correlation factor is higher than 0.999 .And the results showed close agreement with the reference values in the standard reference materials and RSD is lower than 3.0%. It indicated that the method is simple,rapid, sensitive and accurate, which can meet the demand for Zn in the human hair.
