Hydrogen Isotope Analysis of Heavy Water

  • 摘要: Hydrogen gas was prepared from heavy water by using the H/Device, which was based on reduction with hot chromium. The H/Device was connected to a mass spectrometer. The hydrogen isotopic composition of heavy water was analyzed. It is shown that hydrogen isotopic composition can be analyzed conveniently, little sample is used and the results are reliable.

摘要: Hydrogen gas was prepared from heavy water by using the H/Device, which was based on reduction with hot chromium. The H/Device was connected to a mass spectrometer. The hydrogen isotopic composition of heavy water was analyzed. It is shown that hydrogen isotopic composition can be analyzed conveniently, little sample is used and the results are reliable.
